How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 45 days from the time your order is delivered.

What are your shipping options?
Currently, we offer four shipping options. All shipping options have tracking numbers to ensure that products are delivered without any issues.
1. Free shipping for all orders above $65.
2. Standard shipping (10 - 20 days)
3. Premium shipping (7-10 days)
What if the item I ordered arrived broken or damaged?

Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
I am missing items from my order!
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
