Due to current high demand please allow 15-25 business for processing and delivery worldwide. We apologize for the inconvenience. Orders in countries affected by the current Covid19 virus may experience some delays in delivery times but all packages will be 100% delivered. 

Our main goal is to make you satisfied with your purchase. In fact, we are so sure you will be, that we offer 100% satisfaction Guarantee on every purchase. If a product is not working as it should be, is damaged or does not fit, we will replace it for you immediately. 

If the item you received is not damaged, yet you are unsatisfied with it, you may return it for full refund as per our refunds policy.

If you will need to ship the item or package back to us, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. If the reason for return is due to a faulty item or our error, shipping costs will be covered by us, pending our inspection of the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
