Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.
Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 45 days from the time your order is delivered.

Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.
I am missing items from my order!
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.

Due to current high demand please allow 15-25 business for processing and delivery worldwide. We apologize for the inconvenience. Orders in countries affected by the current Covid19 virus may experience some delays in delivery times but all packages will be 100% delivered.

If you will need to ship the item or package back to us, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
